The kids are back in school and we want to thank all who contributed to our Teacher and Family Center Supply Drive. We hope that everyone can strongly support Educational Equality for the value it brings to a civil society. Teachers need support and kids need Teachers!
We gathered for a Special Event at Encanto Park:
Saturday, June 1st, from 9am-12pm
Food and Fun for the Grand Opening of Phoenix' first Adaptive All Inclusive Playground, a joint effort between Kiwanis Club and City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department. Hamburgers/Hotdogs/Drinks and more....
A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on May 31st,

Spring 2024 was full of fun!
April is our Del Norte Place's 97th Anniversary Founding Month! Kicking of 2024 April's Activities...
We held our Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday morning March 30th, the day before Easter Sunday. Thank you to Gary and Dawn who hosted at their house... Gary had his telescopes out with special filters to view the sun rising in the east.
It was a lot of fun in the sun!

Blood Drive December 9th

administered by Vitalant services,
to help build up depleted blood banks.
Location: 1617 W Virginia Avenue
The Del Norte Place Golf Invitational (Fall Edition) was held on November 11th, Veteran's Day
We raised money for the Del Norte Place Neighborhood Association and for the K9s for Warriors Foundation, who provides service dogs to veterans. Our total proceeds after expenses totaled $563 and we donated $350 to the K9’s for Warriors Foundation. Click the blue button for a full review, report and complete photos photos....

I labor with my Neighbor: Fairview Alley Clean up
Calling all good neighbors: Encanto-Palmcroft, Fairview and Del Norte Place are partnering up to put life back into the Rose Garden, just north of the Valley Garden Center. If you wish to help out, show up Saturday. Bring gloves and pruning shears if you have them.
