We would like to recommend that Luminaria bags be placed on the inside part of the the sidewalks, closer to your home. Also, putting
a weighted object like a rock or stone will stabilize the bag from possibly getting blown over by wind.
As part of our Block Watch Grant 2023 we are providing FREE Luminaria bags and LED candles for anyone who would like to have them to put out in front of their homes...
