The Del Norte Place Neighborhood Association has a block watch to foster a sense of community and safety.
The Del Norte Place Block Watch brings neighbors, on each street and each block (16-17th Ave, 15-16th Ave), together to communicate, look out for eachother, and help prevent crime.
